Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Purchase/Procurement department.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
Source reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate
contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for timely supply.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in procurement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes.
