Job description :
As a skilled Machine Operator, your primary role will be to operate Full Servo and Fully Automatic machines for our sanitary napkin production line. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining product quality, and meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Full Servo and Fully Automatic machines efficiently.
- Ensure uninterrupted production with minimal downtime.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and rectify minor machine faults as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness checks to keep the machines in optimal condition.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Maintain production records accurately and report any technical issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety rules and follow standard operating procedures
diligently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operating automatic production machines is essential.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine issues effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts when necessary.
- Strong attention to safety protocols and commitment to quality control standards.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 0 to 5 years of experience in sanitary napkin / hygiene product manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of Full Servo and Fully Automatic machines operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in handling machine setup, changeover, and process optimization.
- Experience in maintaining product quality and achieving production targets.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field is preferred for this role
