Ready to Onboard – Procurement Lead
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Purchase Head to lead and manage the procurement operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.
Collaborate
with other departments such as finance, production, and logistics to forecast demand and plan purchases.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Experience: 10 to 12 years
Pay upto 85k per month
