Quick Placement – Tool Room Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Tool Room Engineer to handle the design, development, and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure tools meet quality standards and support production efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies for production.
Perform modifications, adjustments, and repairs of existing tools.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth tool availability.
Maintain tool room machinery in proper working condition.
Ensure tools meet accuracy, precision, and quality requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of tool inventory and usage.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules for tools.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of tool design and machining processes.
Hands-on experience in operating machines like lathe, milling, grinding, etc.
Understanding of CAD/CAM software (added advantage).
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
