Urgent Hiring – Production Engineer (5–10 Yrs Exp) | Chennai
Role: Production Engineer
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Location: Chennai
Experience: 5 – 10 Years (Manufacturing Industry)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee production operations.
Ensure timely delivery and quality standards in manufacturing.
Optimize
production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
Lead, train, and supervise production team members.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and design departments.
Implement safety protocols and continuous improvement practices.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of production processes & plant operations.
Experience in manpower handling and team leadership.
Problem-solving & decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (preferred).
Good communication & project management skills.
