Opening for Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Quality Assurance (QA)
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced AGM – Quality Assurance to lead and manage QA activities across operations. This role focuses on establishing quality standards, driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the QA team. Candidates with 12–15 years of experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, implement, and monitor QA systems, policies, and procedures
Lead internal audits, compliance checks, and customer quality requirements
Develop quality control plans, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and mentor the QA team for optimum performance
/>Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain for quality issues
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
Report quality performance and improvements to top management
Required Qualifications & Skills:
B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or relevant field
12–15 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors)
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of QA systems, audits, and compliance
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
Salary Range: ₹75k to ₹85k per month
