Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machine Setter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up CNC machines according to job specifications and ensuring that the machines run efficiently and accurately. Your duties will include selecting the correct tools, installing fixtures, loading materials, and making the necessary adjustments to achieve precise machining results. You will also perform first-off inspections, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and ensure that all safety and quality standards are followed throughout
the process.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CNC machine operations, blueprints, and measurement tools. A qualification such as ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or a related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience as a CNC Setter.
