Manage and oversee mechanical engineering activities
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
Improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Guide and support junior engineers and technicians

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery
Leadership and team coordination skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Knowledge of safety, TPM, and maintenance practices
Education:
