Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Operator to work with our production team and gain experience in the operation of machines and manufacturing processes. This is best suited for those who are new to the industry but would like to acquire first-hand experience with the assistance of senior operators. The Trainee Operator will provide support with daily production operations, learn machine operation
safely, and take on responsibilities gradually to contribute meaningfully to the production process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support senior operators in running machinery and equipment.
Study and know production processes, workflows, and safety procedures.
Keep an eye on machines in operation and report malfunctions to supervisors.
Do rudimentary quality checks on items produced.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Join on-the-job training and development initiatives.
