Job description:
We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. The role involves monitoring production workflows, analyzing performance data, troubleshooting issues, and implementing process improvements.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure
smooth operations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments like quality, maintenance, and logistics to optimize operations.
Prepare reports on production performance, downtime, and efficiency.
