Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) to control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other building services.
Respond promptly to alarms and system faults.
Perform routine system checks and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
Maintain records of system performance and incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
ITI or Diploma
in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
Knowledge of BMS software and building automation systems.
Experience in facility management or similar role preferred.
Strong problem-solving and monitoring skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
