Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Setter to join our production team. The role involves setting up and preparing Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for production tasks, ensuring that tools, fixtures, and materials are correctly installed. The VMC Setter will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, calibrating machines, and performing trial runs to guarantee precision and quality of finished components. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work
closely with CNC operators and production teams to maintain efficiency and meet production targets.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of VMC operations, tool setup, and machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail for precision machining.
Good coordination and teamwork skills.
Awareness of safety standards and machine maintenance practices.
