Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and manage our shop floor team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and meeting daily targets.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech
Experience:
2 to 5 Years in a manufacturing or production environment
Joining:
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure target achievement
/>Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
Maintain production schedules and reduce downtime
Ensure product quality and minimize defects
Report daily production metrics to management
Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on the shop floor
Coordinate with other departments like maintenance and quality
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management
Basic technical knowledge of machines and production tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
