Injection Mould Setter (Manufacturing) jobs at chennai
Job description :
We are hiring Production Operators, Quality Inspectors, Mold Operators, and Electrical Maintenance Technicians to support various functions within our manufacturing facility.
The selected candidates will handle machine operations, conduct quality checks, manage mold-related activities, and perform electrical maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Production
Operate machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Achieve daily production targets
Maintain workplace safety, hygiene, and machine cleanliness
Quality
Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
Identify defects and report deviations
Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
Mold / Tool Room
Perform mold changes and machine
setup
Assist in mold cleaning and maintenance
Support production during machine breakdowns
Maintenance (Electrical)
Attend electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot issues
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime
Salary & Benefits
Take-home Salary: 15k to 30k per month
Working Days: 26 days per month

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI (any technical trade preferred)
Basic technical knowledge or relevant experience preferred
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Freshers with interest in production/manufacturing are welcome
