Injection Molding Operator Needed – Diploma Holders with Experience
Role : Injection Mounding Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding machines as per production plans
Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required
Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding machines and tools
Troubleshoot molding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
/> Train junior operators when required
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI
2-5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding operations
Good understanding of various plastics (PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.) and molding parameters
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
