Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize plastic injection molding processes to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and enhance overall production quality.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment, minimizing production disruptions.
Quality Control: Ensure all molded parts meet required quality standards by regularly inspecting products and implementing quality control procedures.
Maintenance and Setup: Oversee the maintenance of molds and machines, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and efficient operation to maintain optimal production
standards.
Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in production processes, reducing cycle times and improving overall efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all processes, settings, and quality checks to ensure traceability and adherence to quality standards.
