Immediate Requirement – Hindi Voice Process Executive
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, addressing queries and providing solutions.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone while interacting with customers.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
/>Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines during calls.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (like call handling, resolution rate, etc.).
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and process changes.
