Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BMS (Building Management System) Operator to monitor, manage, and control the building’s automated systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and energy efficiency. The role involves operating and supervising HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other building systems, responding to alarms, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with maintenance teams. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of building automation systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate building automation systems including HVAC, lighting, and
fire alarms.
Respond promptly to system alarms and alerts, troubleshooting or escalating issues as necessary.
Maintain logs of system operations, alarms, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ensure optimal energy usage and system performance.
Conduct routine checks of BMS systems and sensors to ensure proper functionality.
Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation controls.
Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues quickly.
