Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Setter to operate and maintain CNC turning machines. The ideal candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, perform machine setups, and ensure high-quality production output.
Role: CNC Setter
Salary: 20k to 30k Based on Experience
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years
Qualification: 10th ,12th, ITI, Diploma
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines for turning operations
on metal components.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
Set up tools, work pieces, and machine parameters as per job requirements.
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for precision.
Perform regular quality checks using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometre, etc.).
Maintain proper records of job completion, rejections, and production output.
Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the workstation.
