Job Role:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead and manage shift operations on the shop floor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production workers, ensuring daily output targets are achieved, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise
and guide production team members
Monitor daily production output and maintain reports
Ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures
Resolve shop floor issues and minimize downtime
Improve productivity and process efficiency
Skills Required:
Strong team management skills
Basic knowledge of production planning
Familiarity with quality control and safety norms
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Working knowledge of MS Office or ERP tools
