Job Description:
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Industry: Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing / Piping / Fabrication
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee and implement fabrication and quality control measures
• Manage piping fabrication and installation activities
• Lead project planning and development from inception to completion
• Monitor and track project progress ensuring timelines are met
• Handle documentation and reporting for daily operations
• Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for mechanical projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality output
Skills & Requirements for Mechanical engineering jobs in Chennai:
• Strong
knowledge of piping systems, welding standards, and fabrication techniques
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and piping isometrics
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and standard industry tools
• Understanding of ASME standards, quality control, MPI, and testing methods
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to various locations in Chennai Tamil Nadu as needed
• Practical knowledge in mechanical project execution, piping, and fabrication work
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience)
