Role Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Engineer with 8–12 years of experience in managing and optimizing production operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in manufacturing processes,
production planning, and shop floor management, with strong skills in achieving output, quality, and safety targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and control daily production activities
Lead production teams across shifts to meet delivery schedules
Monitor cycle time, output, machine utilization, and manpower efficiency
Drive process improvements using 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and TPM practices
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime
