Job Description:
The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards. They will lead and supervise the shift team, coordinate tasks, monitor production processes, and resolve issues to meet targets and deadlines. The role involves ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, materials are available, and processes are followed efficiently. The Shift Incharge will also
communicate with other shifts and departments, maintain records, and report on performance metrics. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential to this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and a proactive approach to handling operational challenges while promoting teamwork and safety.

Experience: 2 to 4 years
Qualification: B.E, B.Tech
Salary: Above 22k per month
