Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor. The role involves planning production schedules, assigning tasks to operators, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are strictly followed. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues quickly. He/She will also prepare daily production reports,
train and guide operators, and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Plan and allocate tasks to operators based on production schedules.
Monitor machinery, equipment, and workforce to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for seamless workflow.
