Full job description
Customer Service: Responding to customer calls, resolving inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Communication: Being clear and concise in information, actively listening, and having a positive and empathetic demeanor.
Issue Resolution: Resolving customer problems, referring difficult issues to a higher authority, and ensuring that the customer is satisfied.
Database Management: Maintaining current
customer data and accurate records.
Sales and Upselling: Selling products or services and, where possible, upselling to customers.
Technical Support: Offering technical support and resolving issues.
Data Entry: Some voice process jobs may include data entry concerning customer interactions in certain instances.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: B.E, B.Tech
Salary: Above 14k per month
