Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, etc.) to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, or turning.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
Load raw materials and parts into the machines.
Monitor the machine while working to adjust the feed, speed, and other parameters.
/>Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
Educational:10th,12th, ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers).
Familiarity with measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Understanding of G-code and M-code is an added advantage.
Salary:
₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month
(May vary based on skills, company, and shift allowances)
