Become Our Purchase Head – Leadership Role with Growth
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Head to lead our procurement team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring cost-effective procurement, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the company’s operational and strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality
standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
8 to 12 years of experience in procurement or purchase management.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP or procurement software is a plus.
