Accounts Admin Executive Tally Manpower Management job
Key Responsibilities :
A. Tally & Accounting Functions (Primary)
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record all daily financial transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries) accurately and promptly.
Reconciliation: Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank, cash, and party (debtors/creditors) reconciliations.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate sales invoices, track accounts receivable, and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely collection and payment.
Statutory Compliance: Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax calculations, documentation, and filing support using Tally reports.
Financial Reporting: Generate basic financial reports like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet for management review.
Inventory Management (If applicable): Maintain stock records, track inward/outward goods, and perform stock valuation within Tally.
B. Manpower Handling & Administration (Secondary)
Payroll Processing (Tally's Payroll Feature): Manage and process monthly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and generating payslips using Tally's payroll module.
Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance records, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with company leave policy.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist in initial candidate
screening, scheduling interviews, and managing basic onboarding paperwork for new hires.
Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee files (physical and digital).
General Administration: Handle office supplies procurement, manage facility maintenance, and coordinate basic logistical tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Software Proficiency: Mandatory and high proficiency in TallyPrime/Tally ERP (including accounting, inventory, and payroll modules).
Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in an accounting or accounts-cum-admin role.
Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
Key Skills
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly accurate in financial data entry and record-keeping.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and employees.
Organizational Skills: High ability to manage multiple tasks (both accounting and HR/Admin) efficiently and meet deadlines.
Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive financial and employee information with discretion.
