Initialization of Production and Machine Setup in the Correct Condition
in relation to the report on machine settings.
Complete mold capacity utilization and scientific molding approach stabilization of ongoing projects as well as new ones.
Streamlining Procedures for Current and Upcoming Projects
reporting, analyzing, and providing a clear root cause analysis, 8D action report, and solution for customer inquiries, together
with the execution of the action items that were reported.
Handling and Introduction of a New Project.
familiar with the production process of plastic molds.
basic understanding of the design of plastic tools.
Good understanding of SPM, line validation, and new project establishment
