Hiring on HR Recruiter Jobs
Create and revise job descriptions; find possible applicants through a variety of internet platforms, including social networking and industry sites like Behance and StackOverflow;
Create recruitment emails that will draw in passive applicants. Candidates are interviewed by phone, video, and in person; incoming resumes and application forms are screened; tasks and tests of language, logic, and numbers are prepared and distributed; Post job vacancies
internally, on job boards, social media, and the company's careers page. Give recruiting managers shortlists of eligible applicants. Respond to inquiries on pay and benefits and send emails offering a job.
Keep an eye on important HR data, such as source of hiring, time to hire, and time to fill. Attend job fairs and organize internal hiring activities. Work together with managers to determine future employment requirements. Assist new hires with their onboarding by serving as their consultant.
