Part time open minded Helper\Maid in San Jose, California

I am in need of someone who is able to help me clean the apartment. SHe should be able 2 think outside the box and be open-minded when helping. SHe will be cleaning for my 3 children and my disabled sister. But I need her 2 also impress on my children that they need 2 learn from how you are cleaning.
