Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to a large number of incoming or outgoing calls while handling complaints, service requests, and customer questions.
Issue Resolution: Using the company's internal knowledge base and standard operating procedures (SOPs), identify client issues and offer precise answers.
Product Knowledge: To give callers accurate information, stay up to date on all product features, costs, and corporate regulations.
Documentation & CRM: Keep thorough and precise records of all communications with customers in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program.
Sales and Upselling: To reach sales goals, determine the needs of your customers and suggest relevant goods or services.
Escalation Management:
When prompt resolution is not feasible, identify and forward priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Quality Compliance: To guarantee uniformity and adherence to industry rules, follow call scripts and quality requirements.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
