The Malayalam Voice Process Executive is in charge of offering the Malayalam-speaking clientele excellent customer care and support. This position entails professionally and sympathetically answering incoming and outgoing calls, answering questions, and resolving complaints. As a language expert, you will help the company communicate with its clients in Kerala and the larger Malayali diaspora. The ideal applicant has a neutral accent, outstanding verbal proficiency in Malayalam, and
the capacity to simplify complex service information for customers.
Key Skills:
Verbal Fluency: Outstanding proficiency in reading and speaking Malayalam in a clear, professional manner.
English proficiency is the ability to read and write in English at a basic to advanced level in order to log customer data and navigate software.
