Voice Process Executives that are proficient in Malayalam, skilled at handling complicated client problems in a single interaction, and able to cultivate strong customer loyalty and trust in the local market are needed in the future. Our goal is to establish the standard for outstanding, regional customer service.
What you will do:
properly identifying problems with goods, services, or technical assistance while
actively and sympathetically listening to customer demands.
utilising the local language to guide clients through complicated solutions or procedures and to provide clear, accurate, and thorough information.
using the CRM system to precisely and thoroughly record all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up needs; this frequently necessitates multilingual documentation (Malayalam and English).
continuously working to meet and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer satisfaction (CSAT), first call resolution (FCR), and average handling time (AHT).
ensuring that every engagement complies with all internal quality and data privacy regulations.
