Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through a combination of voice and non-voice channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders, requests, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Skills

Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions.
Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
