Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions and offer assistance via phone conversations as well as written correspondence (email, chat, ticketing systems).
During calls, actively listen to the requirements and concerns of the consumer and provide clarifications as needed.
Provide clear, succinct, and expert written responses to consumer questions via chat and email.
Reach or surpass performance goals for both individuals and teams in the areas of customer satisfaction, resolution rates, written communication response times, and call handling.
