Job Description
Primary Task: To ensure accurate information delivery, problem solving, and a satisfying client experience from our Chennai site by providing efficient customer service and processing transactions through a combination of written communication channels (email, chat) and limited, focused voice contacts.
Responsibilities
Respond to a large number of consumer queries, questions, and issues through live chat and email systems. Create comments that are professional, succinct, grammatically accurate, and clear.
Diagnose issues, walk clients through fixes, and calmly and sympathetically defuse difficult situations.
Make sure all required fields are filled out and that the documentation is comprehensive for
analysis and future reference.
Keep yourself updated on any modifications, new products, or system upgrades.
Take part in coaching sessions and quality assessments to keep improving performance.
Required Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and multi-channel environment.
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM software and other relevant systems efficiently.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
