Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Semi-Voice Process Executive to join our customer experience team in Chennai. This hybrid role involves managing customer inquiries and issues through a balanced combination of voice calls (inbound/outbound) and written communication channels such as email and chat. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards across multiple interaction points.

Responsibilities
Effectively manage a variety of client requests and questions that are sent to you via live chat, emails, and/or incoming and outgoing calls. Business demands will determine how many voice tasks there are compared to non-voice duties.
Handle calls both inbound and outbound with professionalism, answering questions from clients,

giving information, and resolving conflicts with sensitivity and clarity.
Using textual channels like chat or email, accurately and quickly respond to consumer questions, grievances, and feedback. Spelling, grammar, and tone should all be clear and professional.
Actively listen and carefully read to understand the needs of your customers. In all channels, analyse problems, offer precise fixes, and aim for first-contact resolution.
