Key Responsibilities:
Independently, you will oversee a varying workload of non-voice
enquiries as well as incoming and outgoing calls. You will assume full responsibility for all client issues, carefully resolving issues and recording conversations in both digital and spoken queues. Your ability to adapt and communicate effectively will have a direct impact on both client happiness and the general effectiveness of our support operations.
Experience: 3+ yrs
