Job Description
What you do:
Voice Handling: Skillfully manage a moderate number of incoming and outgoing voice conversations, answering consumer questions, completing transactions, or offering technical assistance.
Multitasking: Maintain productivity while guaranteeing constant service quality across all channels by effectively managing interactions across many channels at once.
Data entry: Use the client Relationship Management (CRM) system or helpdesk software to accurately record
all client interactions, service requests, results, and follow-up actions.
Transaction processing: Accurately handle customer data updates, cancellations, or service modifications within the necessary systems.
Meet or surpass performance parameters that are pertinent to both voice and non-voice processes on a regular basis.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Negotiable
Location: In and Around in Chennai
