Responsibilities
Recognise the needs and specifications of the client for the project and make sure the deliverable satisfies the quality standards.
telephonic inquiries to insurance companies regarding the status of claims and eligibility
Denying
documentation and pursuing additional measures
contacting the insurance companies to inquire about the status of unpaid claims and based on the appointment that the consumers got
completing the client-provided outstanding claims and account receivable reports that were produced by the particular client software
willing to participate in any voice-related process as needed
