Who you are:
Answer consumer questions by email, web tickets, and live chat, making sure that every response adheres to the brand's tone of voice and is grammatically correct. Perform transaction processing, document verification, and high-volume data entry in internal systems while upholding stringent data integrity. To guarantee a smooth customer experience, keep an eye on and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding response times (TAT) and resolution rates. Use internal Knowledge Bases (KB) to write down detailed technical or account-related answers for clients. Oversee several live chat sessions at once while making sure every client
gets prompt, individualized support. Make sure every engagement passes quality audits by following established templates while tailoring responses to each customer's needs.
