Job Description
Who you are:
Use email and real-time chat platforms to address client questions and grievances in a courteous and professional manner. Correctly enter and update technical logs, order details, and customer data in the CRM or backend database. Examine client problems using written descriptions and offer detailed fixes or troubleshooting manuals. To uphold high service standards, make sure that every chat or issue is handled within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT). Uphold superior writing standards, making sure that proper punctuation, spelling, and adherence to company-approved templates and brand voice
are all followed. Using written channels, compile daily or weekly reports on the volume of tickets, resolution rates, and typical customer complaints.
