Job Description
What you do:
Email/Chat Support: Manage a large volume of written correspondence, professionally, clearly, and grammatically correctly responding to consumer questions, grievances, and requests via email and live chat.
Information Provision: Via textual channels, give clients precise and comprehensive information about goods, services, billing, or account status.
Data input: Complete data input and verification duties pertaining to client accounts, sales records, or financial information with accuracy and efficiency.
/>Documentation: Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or internal ticketing system to meticulously record all communication details, resolutions, and actions.
Case Resolution: Take charge of complicated situations, directing problems to specialized teams as needed and making sure prompt follow-up is done until a complete resolution is reached.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Negotiable
