Responsibilities
Respond to consumer inquiries through email, chat, and phone assistance.
Respond to inquiries from patients regarding billing, insurance claims, account balances, and medical records.
A thorough and unambiguous explanation of billing statements and costs should be provided to patients.
Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and their required co-payments.
/>Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding their accounts and services.
