Job Description
High-precision milling operations are the technical responsibility of the VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator. Operating vertical spindle machines to create components that adhere to precise engineering specifications is your main task. You are in charge of loading workpieces, keeping an eye on the cutting process, and making sure the machine operates as efficiently as possible while upholding the highest standards of quality. In order to meet production goals with the least amount of scrap, the ideal applicant is a meticulous professional with a solid command of measurement tools and a fundamental understanding of CNC machine behavior.

Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Use clamps, vices, or specialized fixtures to load and unload workpieces into the VMC, then carry out the milling cycle that has been programmed.
Quality Control: Use precision measuring tools including height gauges, Vernier calipers, and micrometers to conduct routine inspections of completed items.
Tool monitoring: Keep an eye on how the machine is operating to spot worn

or damaged tools and swap them out as necessary to keep the workpiece or machine safe.
Simple Adjustments: To make sure the product stays within the designated dimensional tolerances, make small tool offset adjustments (X, Y, and Z axes).
Reading blueprints: Define the necessary dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish specifications by interpreting simple 2D engineering drawings.
Maintenance & Housekeeping: Keep coolant levels under control, clean the machine and workplace every day, and scrape metal pieces from the machine bed.

Skills:
Measurement Proficiency: Able to handle both digital and manual precision measuring instruments with ease.
Mechanical aptitude: fundamental knowledge of metal-cutting techniques (such as tapping, milling, and drilling).
Attention to Detail: The capacity to promptly identify minute surface flaws or dimensional variations.
Discipline: The capacity to adhere rigorously to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and be on time.

We invite you to apply and explore this exciting opportunity!
