Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join our BPO Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues, escalate complex queries when required, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain call records, update customer information in CRM systems, and follow call handling protocols.
Meet
daily/weekly targets for call handling, quality, and productivity.
Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Good interpersonal skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, typing skills).
Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / 12th pass with good communication skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Location: Chennai
Pay: 15k to 22k per month
Qualification: Any Under Graduate
