Job Description
Your Impact:
In order to ensure accurate data management and prompt query response, you will be in charge of managing client interactions and back-office activities mostly through written communication channels (email, chat), as well as data processing. Excellent written communication skills in English, a keen eye for detail, rapid typing, and a dedication to providing top-notch service are all characteristics of the ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
In accordance with predetermined templates and quality standards, promptly and professionally respond to consumer emails containing requests, complaints, and questions.
Use live chat to interact with clients, answer their questions, and walk them through procedures.
Enter, update, and validate data
into databases and other systems with accuracy. Customer data, transaction information, order processing, and claims processing are a few examples of these.
In the assigned system, keep thorough and precise records of every interaction, transaction, and resolution.
Investigate and address client concerns or data inconsistencies by compiling data from internal sources and according to protocols.
What you Need:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, as required by business operations.
Basic verbal communication in Tamil for internal team interaction is a plus
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: Freshers
