Who you are:
Effectively manage incoming and/or outgoing consumer calls, answering questions, handling grievances, and properly and professionally supplying information. Effectively transition between speech and non-voice jobs according to queue volume and real-time operating requirements. All client interactions (voice and non-voice),
service requests, and follow-up actions should be accurately and quickly recorded in the CRM system. During all contacts and processing tasks, rigorously adhere to quality standards, scripts, company policies, and data privacy legislation.
Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
