Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide over the phone support to customer inquiries. Take accurate and appropriate message.
Maintain adequate proficiency in our EHR system after the training period.
Attend to fax messages, download, process and assign them to the correct patient chart.
Schedule a sufficient number of patients for each of the offices
on a daily basis. Call to confirm appointments for the following day.
Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: From 20K per month
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Basic Qualification
Shift: Night Shift
